On Monday 29th July we had a very interesting evening with Janine Tait and Frances Joseph, our two guest speakers. Both ladies delivered some exceptional information.
Janine spoke on the 50/50 relationship we
have with good nutrition internally and externally
with skin care. Frances spoke on the effects of oral health on our general health.
Clients were informed about the FOODS THAT BUILD COLLAGEN & ELASTIN.
Oats, almonds,
walnuts and brazil nuts (only two a day as high in selenium), pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds, apricots, dates, figs and prunes.
Eggs, whole grains, root vegetables and Brewers’s yeast.

ZINC
So many of us are low in zinc, do have these levels checked.
Zinc sources are oysters, liver, beef, lamb, cheese,pork,chicken, eggs, salmon, tuna,pumpkin,sunflower seeds,pecans and almonds,muslei, porridge, wholegrains, wheatgerm, brewers yeast.
Supplementation may be necessary to boost these levels.
