Cancellations
We require 24-hour notice to cancel any appointments or 25% of the treatment will be charged.
Treatments at Face & Fragrance are by appointment only. 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. A 50% cancellation fee applies for less than 12 hours’ notice of cancellation or for not attending a scheduled appointment.
